Park it and Relax.

• Always be Kind and Respectful of other Campers. 
• All Areas must be kept clean and free of trash.  
• RVs must be clean, in good shape and less than 10 yrs old. 
• No illegal drug use on the facility. 
• Out of respect to other campers: Quiet time hours are from 9pm-7am 
• No loud music at any time. 
• Pets: Maximum of 2 per site. No aggressive breeds. Must be in fencing or on a leash at all times outdoors. Renters must clean up after your pet.  
•  No Fireworks or Fire Pits. BBQ pits on cement pads are allowed. 

Weekly Rate: $160 All bills paid

Monthly Rate: $375 + Electricity (0.15 cents per kWh)

$150 deposit required to book. No refunds for cancellation. This will be returned after full rent/electric has been paid, your reservation has expired and if no damage was done to the property.  

We accept cash, check, and Credit Cards.

*Rate is based on a maximum of 4 occupants per slot (2 adults and 2 children). Additional Adults will be charged an additional $35 per weekly rental or $150 per monthly rental. 

We reserve the right to perform background checks and can refuse service to anyone.
